With a focus on community along with sustainable and delicious food, you'll feel good about eating.
Our Partnership
It started on a whim, when we walked into the doors of Coonamessett Farm and asked to speak with the owners, Ron and Roxanna, during the Summer of 2016. We began putting on informal, seasonal pop-up dinners, with a focus on hyper-local ingredients and wood-fired cooking, at the farm. Over four seasons, we let our partnership grow organically into what it is today. On April 27th, 2018, we opened our doors as a brick and mortar, full-service restaurant. We now offer a farm-curated breakfast and lunch take away menu on the Buffalo Jump Porch May-August, offer catering for on-site weddings and events, host our weekly Jamaican nights on Wednesdays 5-8pm beginning June 24, 2026.
the Buffalo Jump, our community
Our only hope is each other. With the extension of an idea, caring for one another and nourishing, a tangible system can be put to work. We are currently working with our sister bakery, Peck O’Dirt, Waquoit Congregational Church, and Kookooshka Kids Clothing, to bring meals and masks during COVID-19 to anyone in the surrounding community in need.
